Building Vocabulary, Improving Literacy
THE TEEN SPELLING & LITERACY CHALLENGE
The Teen Spelling and Literacy Challenge is an initiative designed to improve the literacy of children through vocabulary building initiatives. From it’s inception in 2024, the initiative has impacted more than 300 hundred students in the Akuapem South Municipality.
THE KIDDIE AUTHOR PROJECT
The Kiddie Author Project is an initiative to support children to write a book. Through this initiative Maurice Selasi Nutsu an 11years old student had his book published for him after winning the story writing contest.
MAURICE SELASI NUTSU
Just 11years old, Maurice in 2025 showed his writing prowess when he won the writing competition organized as part of the 2025 Teen Spelling and Literacy Challenge. His creative writing skill was impeccable with how he introduces story characters, create suspense and climax his story line with deep moral lessons. His writing gift is a testament of how talent can be harnessed, nurtured and deployed. We believe Maurice Selasi Nutsu is born for greatness.
